So we had a weekend. It was busy (per usual) but really great. Friday night we attended the Emery theater revival event and had dinner at a new spot in the city which was super yummy. Saturday we hit IKEA (which by the way is insanity on a Saturday) and scored new butcher block counter tops! I'm so excited about them and they look really great. Next is some backsplash which is happening this week- Yay! It's so nice to have a handy hubby. We got a few new things for the house at an auction we stumbled upon and I scored this new pillow for the bed at the shop! We also had some friends over for dinner and drinks on Saturday and really, there's nothing I enjoy more these days than a night with friends spent "IN." I really must be getting old. Hoping everyone else had a great weekend!
